About the role
The Human Resources Advisor is part of the Human Resources team. He/She is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies related to personnel management and labor relations, including policies, programs, and procedures to meet the organization’s human resources needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment process as well as internal job changes and promotions;
- Advise and support managers and employees in the application and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and practices;
- Manage employee benefits administration;
- Advise and support managers in handling conflicts and issues related to labor relations and employee relations;
