Location : The office is 15 minutes from Downtown Vancouver, with travel to job sites
Compensation : $50+ per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Innova is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician – Full-Time (with travel to clients as needed) to support field service operations and warehouse-based technical work. When not traveling, the technician will perform diagnostic, repair, refurbishment, and preparation work on HVAC units within Innova’s warehouse facilities.
This role requires independent judgment, strong technical proficiency, teamwork on multi-person jobs, and strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
