Overview
Position responsible for advanced expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical equipment in industrial or commercial facilities, including clean rooms.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Ensure optimal operation of mechanical systems through inspections, monitoring, and adjustments.
- Identify and correct safety-related issues and conduct independent equipment evaluations.
- Operate, maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ventilation equipment, pumps, fans, chillers, rooftop AHUs, split systems, compressors, refrigeration, and other mechanical equipment.
- Use building automation system to track building conditions and equipment operation.
- Recharge refrigerant levels, check for leaks, and ensure correct operation of refrigerant cycles.
