You as a Refrigeration/HVAC Technician will:
- Troubleshoot, clean, repair, replace, install, and maintain air conditioning and equipment such as fridges, freezers, ice machines, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, associated pumps and valves, air dryers, air handling units and cooling systems of medical equipment throughout the hospital, including kitchen, retail space, labs, pharmacy, clinical, and patient treatment areas
- Ability to perform an effective preventive maintenance plan and maintain all aforementioned equipment in a good working condition
- Check all AHUs for noise, vibration, leaks, performance, filter differential pressure – on site and on the BAS
- Weekly routine FCUs check – weekly routine ED’s check on all roofs and inside the building
- Check BAS system for HVAC-related alarms and on AHU’s performance in regard to temperature, damper settings, and valve...
