Summary:
The HVAC/R Mechanic is responsible for design, installation, modification, preventative maintenance and repair of all HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and associated controls in the facility. Incumbent is responsible for coordination and completion of maintenance work requests repairs throughout Mercy’s facilities and preventative maintenance equipment throughout facilities. The role will require constant coordination between outside vendors and outside property management firms in order to facilitate the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facility systems, and equipment. The incumbent performs minor, non-licensed installations, maintenance and repairs in the hospital and operates the hospital courier vehicl...
