Contribute to Metro Vancouver’s transportation authority as an Application Support Analyst. This hybrid role focuses on Tier 2 support for applications, primarily Microsoft 365 tools, aiding internal business users.
In this 6-month contract, you will join a rapid-paced internal technology team. Your role will involve 80% operational support through ticket management and 20% troubleshooting for application bugs. You will engage with stakeholders ranging from senior leadership to executive-level users, ensuring high-quality technical support and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
