Liberty Caribbean in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a CAPEX Manager to lead end-to-end CPE investment planning and governance across Caribbean markets. You will drive budgeting, post‑investment reviews, and multi‑market reporting with Operations, Supply Chain, Network Engineering, Product, and Finance teams.
The role requires 5–8 years in CAPEX/FP&A, strong financial modelling, and experience with CPE equipment investments. Hybrid work local to Bogotá with up to 25% travel across markets.
