Executive Assistant - Systematic Commodities Hedge Fund Moreton Capital Partners is seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Investment Officer and leadership team, enabling the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing, ambitious, and technology-driven hedge fund.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise the CIO's schedule, priorities, and workflow
Coordinate investor, broker, and partner meetings end-to-end
Handle complex calendar management across multiple time zones (Google Workspace)
Coordinate travel, logistics, and execution for research and investor trips
Prepare and organise investor materials, reporting packs, and data rooms
Support internship and recruiting coordination, including liaising with universities and external partners
