Job Description
We're a boutique Canadian immigration law firm based in Toronto, Ontario. Our firm specializes in immigration litigation including Federal Court and IRB matters, inadmissibility, H&Cs, PRRAs, and other complex immigration files. We also regularly handle temporary residence applications, and occasionally Express Entry and other economic processing files.
Details of the opportunity
We are looking to hire an experienced associate lawyer to join our team, with a minimum of two years of experience in immigration and refugee law as a lawyer.
In addition, we are seeking the following qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.B degree and called to the Ontario bar.
- At minimum, two years of experience as an immigration lawyer, representing clients before the Federal Court and Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
