Responsibilities As an Immigration Specialist, your duties will include: Determine the appropriateness of the visa statutes and program category requested. Resolve problems of conflicting regulatory and/or procedural requirements. Advise visiting program participants of the necessity to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct presentations/workshops/orientations to deliver immigration and cultural information to staff and foreign scientists.
