Job Summary
Your main responsibilities will be to provide support and resolve short‑term technical service issues for the CRJ aircraft series, including permanent or temporary repairs to ensure a rapid return to service for AOG aircraft.
Your contribution as a In Service Engineering Specialist - Hydro-Mechanical :
- Prepare and issue return-to-service engineering documentation, including REOs, Instructions, and SNIEOs.
- Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from field service representatives (FSRs) and operators.
- Participate in operator conferences, technical reviews, and periodic activity reporting.
- Support troubleshooting, repair implementation, and occasional on-site assistance through the Mobile Repair Team (MRT).
- Monitor, analyze, and improve aircraft systems such as flight controls, hydraulics, and landing gear for in‑service fleets.
