ISM – Digital Sales - IC role
Customer Segment: SMB – North America
Location: Remote, India
Note : Experience in end to end SAAS sales is mandatory, preferably in the SMB segment
What You’ll Do as a ISM
- Master Solutions: Develop a strong understanding of Digital Media
product portfolio and lead customer conversations by aligning solutions to customer needs
and business challenges.
- Inbound to Revenue Conversion: Manage inbound customer interactions via calls and
chats, converting them into revenue opportunities through effective consultative selling.
- Chat-to-Call Conversion: Proactively transition chat conversations into voice/video
engagements to deepen discovery, improve engagement quality, and increase conversion
