Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage businesses with hiring needs
- Generate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Present Qoral’s recruitment and workforce solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers
- Understand client needs and relay requirements to the internal team
- Hand over secured clients for service delivery by Qoral’s HR team
