Enhance the educational journey for Indigenous children as the K-8 Indigenous Transitions Coach in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. You'll focus on building trusted relationships for positive transitions.
This role centers on supporting Indigenous learners with effective transition strategies as they move between educational phases. Collaborate actively with parents, guardians, and local community services to foster a supportive environment. You will work closely with childcare centres and elementary educators to embed Indigenous knowledge in the curriculum, promoting a holistic approach to student wellbeing and engagement.
