Job Description
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time **Industrial Process Engineer** in the Dalton, GA area.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop, optimize, and support production processes, tooling, and equipment
+ Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, time studies, and line balancing
+ Improve throughput, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
+ Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation
+ Support new product launches
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues
+ Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**
+ BS in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related
+ 3+ years of Manufacturing, Process or Industrial Engineering experience in a production environment
