What will you do:- Lead industrial projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and launch
- Coordinate program vendor activities, including design, tooling, equipment, and parts suppliers to ensure optimal cost, delivery, and quality targets
- Drive product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth transition from development to industrialization and operational readiness
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams involved in new product development, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders
- Manage the introduction of new offers, ensuring alignment between product, operations, and market needs
