Infusion Nurse – Part‑time
Location: Montreal, QC, Canada. Hours: Monday‑Friday, standard business hours. Mode: On‑site in a specialty infusion clinic.
About the Role
This dynamic position allows for direct patient care in an infusion clinic that serves patients with chronic conditions such as neurological disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatologic diseases, and other lifelong illnesses. The Infusion Nurse will evaluate patients, administer intravenous and injectable medication, monitor treatment outcomes, and support patients and their healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete pre‑treatment assessments to determine patient eligibility.
- Insert peripheral intravenous lines or establish central venous access following provincial standards.
- Administer IV, SC, and IM medications, including biologic and oncology products per manufacturer and Health Canada guidelines.
