Information Security Support Engineering

Position Description We are seeking an Information Security Support Engineering (Senior DevOps / Production Support) to enhance production reliability, operational maturity, and security across our platforms. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto and/or at a client site, requiring on-site presence a minimum of four days per week (subject to change). This is a production-focused role with a strong emphasis on security, centered on ensuring system stability, minimizing operational risk, and strengthening incident response capabilities. It is not a pure development or platform engineering role. It is a hands‑on, senior‑level position with ownership of production environments, requiring expertise in incident management, observability, automation, and security best practices.

Responsibilities
