- Support the Signaling Project Management team, providing coordination, reporting, and document control support across Stage Gate delivery and early construction activities.
- Support action tracking, schedules, and risk registers.
- Assist with Stage Gate documentation and governance materials.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow‑ups with contractors and consultants.
