- General Responsibilities:
- Act as the Owner's principal representative for all Project-related matters.
- Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of construction and closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Owner and consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Serve as the primary project contact as outlined in the specific areas below and in the job description.
- Consultant and Contractor Management:
- Monitor the overall performance of the Prime Consultant, engineers, specialty consultants, and the Construction Manager against their contracted scopes and schedules.
