Manage customer demands and guide requestor towards a technical solution and platform (on-prem & cloud) in VCI. This includes:
Decision on best fitting technology platformDrive follow up discussions where necessarySupport High Level Cost indicationCreation of solution designLogical Design & GIANT SupportTransfer into Delivery (Project or Standard Service)Issue Consultancy Forum MeetingsWorking with VCI teams during project development stages to ensure appropriate delivery solution design support and advice is available to projects during their formative stages.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
