Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, virtualization, and backup systems
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues
- Support system upgrades, software installations, and asset management
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on projects and improvements
- Contribute to service continuity, system availability, and process optimization
