About the role
As a member of the Customer Service Program team, part of the Auxiliary Power Group (APU), Commercial Aviation team, you manage the performance of the product in service, maintain relationships with customers, aircraft manufacturers, and regulatory authorities, and ensure that service teams meet the strategic and specific needs of our program.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Carry out customer service engineering activities related to APU – Commercial Aviation.
- Be responsible for product performance, including safety, reliability, durability, and all related service and maintenance.
- Meet obligations to customers, aircraft manufacturers, or aviation regulatory authorities.
