I’m working with a highly respected law firm that is hiring an Innovation Attorney — a unique role for someone who loves practicing law and loves helping other lawyers work smarter with AI.
This is a hands‑on, attorney‑facing position where you’ll design training, build workflows, and guide attorneys as they adopt generative AI tools across their practices.
In this role, you will:
• Create tailored AI training programs for multiple practice groups
• Lead workshops, coaching sessions, and develop self‑guided learning materials
• Translate AI capabilities into practical, matter‑specific applications
• Build AI onboarding tracks for associates and lateral hires
• Partner with attorneys to redesign workflows and embed AI into daily tasks
• Develop prompts, multi‑step workflows, and pilot new tools
• Build knowledge resources like clause banks, templates, and playbooks
