Job Description
Responsibilities Innovation & Technical Marketing
(ITM) - Agile management of the front-end innovation process (idea
generation, screening, portfolio management) to achieve
proof-of-concept.
- Lead Basket of Ideas (BoI) / Voice of Customers
(VoC) or any other future programs together with Innovation
Management & Partnership team ensuring the development funnel
is always rich with strong and market worthy ideas.
- Ensure
sufficient evaluation of ideas in terms of technical / market
analysis, competitive benchmarking, next best alternative,
potential benefit for Omya, etc.
- Define technical value
propositions and create compelling technical marketing content
(presentations, white papers, case studies, etc.).
- Develop value
propositions and marketing strategies to support product launches.
