Position Summary
: Cisco Supply, LTD is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process orders efficiently, and support the daily operations of our masonry supply business. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift 30+ pounds as needed.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order placement via phone, email, and in-person.Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.Provide knowledgeable recommendations on masonry products, including mortar, block, stone, steel, and other construction materials.Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Utilize Microsoft Ex...
