Inside Sales
What you will do:
- Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email.
- Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Process customer transactions such as orders and returns.
- Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries.
- Assist with select returns and warranties.
- Prepare small to medium size job quotations.
- Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
- Source and price product as per quote request.
- Maintain records of job quotes.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
About you:
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
