Job Description

This position is responsible for fulfilling all customer service responsibilities and coordinate stability studies to support the Cosmetics Division laboratories. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the company’s current and future clients. Reflecting a positive and professional image of the company is a crucial requirement of this position. The incumbent will be experienced in handling a wide range of customer service and support‑related tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with company customers through phone, e‑mail and in person;
