Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Search Engine (Coveo) and Content Management System (CMS – SharePoint) Management Maintenance: Perform regular updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of Coveo and CMS platforms. Ensure seamless operation by addressing technical issues and applying system enhancements.
    Improvement: Drive continuous enhancements of search and content platforms, including relevance turning, query pipeline optimization, and metadata configuration within Coveo.
    Release implementation: Lead the deployment of Coveo releases and CMS updates. Integrate Coveo with platforms like Salesforce, and SharePoint, develop new features, and optimize existing functionalities to support the content lifecycle process.
    Data Analysis: Use tools such as Power BI and Coveo Usage Analytics to analyze user behaviour, search performance, and content engagement. Apply insights to improve AI search relevancy and content governance.
