What is the opportunity?
As a key member of the Institutional Portfolio Operations Team, RBCGAM PH&N Institutional you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the reconciliation tool, reconciling month-end market values for Institutional Client accounts, and other ad‑hoc client account related tasks.
This is a 21‑month contract maternity leave coverage role.
Responsibilities
- Cross‑reference new securities and portfolios in the Electra system and assist the Institutional Portfolio Analysts in the daily review and investigation of unmatched cash, holdings and transaction data for Institutional Accounts.
- Reconcile portfolios for Institutional Clients on a monthly basis by the required deadline and investigate material pricing discrepancies.
