Responsibilities
- Liaise with MDRT educators for student clinical placements
- Schedule student clinical shifts effectively
- Offer continuous student support throughout clinical practice
- Conduct evaluations and check-ins for students
- Verify students evaluations against competency guidelines
Qualifications / Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a nursing degree
- Current registration with the CRNS
- Advanced certification in Perioperative Nursing or equivalent
- 2 years of recent operating room experience
- Adult education experience
