Job Description
We are looking to add a dynamic, bilingual individual to our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst doctorate level (BCBA-D)
- Conduct assessments and collect data on behaviour and skill acquisition
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach and promote appropriate behaviours
- Assist with the development of social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of the learner’s progress and treatment sessions
