Support a producers across multiple lines of business including Autopac, travel, personal lines and commercial (fleet, bonding and more).
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the producer and their clients
- Assist with Autopac transactions and inquiries
- Assist with commercial lines policies
- Prepare quotes, policy changes, renewals, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records in our systems
- Deliver friendly, reliable service to clients and team members
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Level 1 or 2 Licensed Insurance Broker (or willingness to work towards Level 2)
- Experience in personal lines is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
