Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a skilled Team Lead to head a 10+ FTE Insurance/Finance Process Associates team at Gallagher Service Center LLP in Bogotá. You will coordinate daily activities, handle customer queries, and produce MIS reports to keep service delivery on track.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in BPO/KPO within insurance, a formal Team Lead title, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and reporting capabilities for a fast-paced environment.
