My client is a MNC Insurance company, currently working on Operational Excellence project and looking for a Senior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement projects across business units.Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive productivity and quality.Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) strategies.Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments across departments.Manage the lifecycle of strategic projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation review.Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure projects align with broader busin...
