Summary
Wiggin and Dana LLP is looking for an Integration & Training Specialist to join the firm’s Professional Development (PD) department. This position can be based in our New Haven or Stamford office. The Specialist will coordinate all new hire integration, will manage lawyer engagement initiatives, support the firm’s mentoring programs, and provide logistical support for PD programming and affinity bar event logistics.

Integration
- Coordinates all aspects of orientation for new hires.
- Develops individualized integration plans.
- Supports lateral partner integration in partnership with the Chief PD Officer.
- Conducts structured integration check-ins.
