The Sr. Integration & Automation Engineer leads the architecture, development, and maintenance of integrations across ERPs, HRIS, financial systems, clinical platforms, and other enterprise applications. The role manages APIs, automation scripts, ETL workflows, and middleware integrations while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security. It also supports system implementations, contributes to technical documentation, provides Tier-2/Tier-3 support for integration issues, and partners with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
