Job Description
Integration Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead – Supports the Land Vehicle Crew Training System (LVCTS) project delivering advanced simulation and training solutions to the Canadian Army at five sites across Canada.
Location: Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario.
Salary range: 101,500 CAD – 151,500 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional team comprising customer representatives, supplier representatives, and internal Raytheon functional team members.
- Develop and execute the Integration IPT’s objectives in alignment with the contract scope and technical specifications.
- Ensure effective management of cost, schedule, and performance for all deliverables within the IPT charter.
- Escalate issues outside the charter’s scope for advice and approval as needed.
