About the Opportunity
Interim Controller on a 6‑month contract basis in a high‑volume e‑commerce environment.
- Build and stabilize the accounting function post‑acquisition
- Design the chart of accounts and core finance processes from scratch
- Help evaluate, select, and implement the accounting system
- Manage monthly accounting activities in a high‑volume e‑commerce environment
- Own monthly close and quarterly SEC financial reporting
- Manage AP/AR across a high‑volume Shopify‑based e‑commerce model (small ticket, high transaction count)
- Partner on integrating additional acquisitions into the financial infrastructure
- Collaborate on broader tech stack design (CRM, sales/marketing, KPIs, accounting)
About You
- 7–10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Prior startup or ground‑up build experience – comfortable in unstructured environments ...
