Role Summary
Toronto office looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join the Finance & Operations team within the Business Services & Outsourcing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day accounting operations for clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare financial statements, journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients with budgeting, cash‑flow tracking and financial reporting.
- Contribute to month‑end and year‑end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized financial documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and increase efficiency through better use of systems and tools.
