Intermediate Banking Change Manager

Supports change management initiatives across Wealth Management business lines, Private Banking (high-net-worth clients), and Investment Counsel (ultra-high-net-worth clients).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage People Change Management initiatives
• Own and deliver change workstreams aligned to project objectives
• Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies and plans
• Conduct impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
