Job Description
As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer in our Dartmouth/Moncton office, you will work independently on small and average-sized projects, and as a team member of a larger project under the guidance of a Senior Engineer. You will participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and specification for engineered systems or products for a project verifying compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards / practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design-Oriented
- Prepare site plans, floor plans, diagrams, risers, schedules, and details to adequately describe areas of project scope.
- Engage in the development of electrical design through sketches, electronic models, and diagrams. Provide markups and design direction for junior engineers and designers.
- Evaluate, select, specify, and detail electrical, communications, and life-safety systems or products for a project and assure work is reviewed for overall technical accuracy.
