Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Intermediate QA Engineer to join our growing Quality Assurance team. You’ll report to (and partner closely with) our Senior QA Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of software that processes millions of transactions in the parking and mobility ecosystem. You will work across manual and automated testing workflows, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated) to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Validate intricate payment cycles and transactional workflows, ensuring the accuracy of authorizations, captures, refunds, chargebacks, and partial payments across diverse payment methods.
