What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Support the development and reinforcement of an Intellectual Property (IP) culture within the organization.
- Assist in the drafting and review of contracts based on approved corporate templates.
- Support the analysis of commercial agreements to ensure alignment with internal policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to the update and implementation of brand usage guidelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in the automation and continuous improvement of internal legal processes.
- Follow up on legal matters with external law firms in coordination with the regional legal team.
- Provide support in addressing general internal legal inquiries.
- Organize and maintain legal documentation and records for the department.
