YOUR IMPACT
You will develop talent management strategies, build trust-based relationships with internal clients and ensure success of new hires.
You will be based in our Bogota office as part of our recruiting team in Latin America for 1 year on a part-time basis (30 hours p/week). You will have access to McKinsey’s skills and knowledge that will set you up for success when you work directly with senior leadership to shape and execute our strategy for Campus talent acquisition. You will work with a team of experienced recruiting professionals as well as various stakeholders from different offices of Spanish Latam Region.
