The Intern, Human Resources supports the HR department in executing HR operational processe and the planning and rolling out of various HR initiatives.
Assist the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott career page through the use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Support Ascott career page revamp to improve candidates’ and HR staff’s user experience including conducting training to cluster HR staff on the job posting processSupport the HR Orientation Mobile Application enhancement projectAssist in the coordination and execution of employment engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, townhalls, employees-centric engagement events, creation of Infographics or internal communications messages to employeesTrack and audit staff advocacy postings on social media platforms
