Clinical Details
- Skills: Ability to treat acutely ill patients in outpatient setting including hydration, IV antibiotics, wound care; knowledge of value-based provider programs, utilization management, and HEDIS quality measures; systems thinker; organized; clear communicator; technologically savvy; ability to work in interdisciplinary team; relationship building; ability to thrive in uncertainty and ambiguity
Requirements
- Board: Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Licensed in LA or IMLC
- ACLS
- Preferred items: 4+ years of experience managing Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial populations
