The Opportunity
As an International Tax Services Manager you will help clients optimise their global tax positions by analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that maximise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses.
Responsibilities
- Assist with complex cross‑border restructuring transactions for multinational groups headquartered in Canada and Canadian groups of foreign multinational groups.
- Support clients as they navigate new Canadian tax legislation, such as Pillar Two, Excessive Interest and Financing Expense Limitation (EIFEL) rules, and anti‑hybrid mismatch rules, and assist with associated computations.
