Internship – Supplier Management (P&WC)
Internship dates: August 31 to December 18, 2026.
Location: Longueuil, Quebec. Internship is Monday to Friday with flexible hours, exclusively on‑site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage P&WC suppliers' sub-tier declarations approval process.
- Validate suppliers' sub-tier declarations using pre-determined criteria.
- Follow up with suppliers, including communication and clarification of their declarations.
- Report on project progress.
- Support P&WC Supplier Request for Information (RFI) process.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders (e.g., Lab, Engineering, Drafting) for open and aging supplier RFIs.
- Provide P&WC signed/approved response (Form 3) to supplier.
