Overview
Engage as a Software Support Intern in Ottawa for hands-on experience with NSP software. Develop technical skills while solving real-world customer issues. This four-month full time co-op role targets candidates pursuing degrees in Computer Science or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Identify and address customer-reported product issues
- Create configurations simulating real-world environments
- Develop automated tests and testing strategies

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree related to software
- Experience with Linux environments
- Proficient in at least one programming language
- Technical reasoning and problem analysis
- Robust communication and task management skills
